We do love a good birthday celebration. So, we give you time to celebrate yours! We provide a day’s paid leave on your birthday so you can celebrate in whatever way you wish.
From Friday drinks to quiz nights, board games to team celebrations, the main goal of our social club is to have a good time together. And as it’s led by our team, we have plenty of variety throughout the year.
LONG SERVICE RECOGNITION
We value the time and effort our team invests into DI. All team members who have served three years with us are rewarded with an additional week annual leave.
