Meet Jess, our Director of Delivery & AI at Data Insight.

Jess heads the Data Insight delivery team. In her role, she leads large-scale platform migrations and implementations, and is often the person brought in when a programme has gone off track. Her first question is never technical. She prioritizes understanding what the business is actually trying to achieve, and how much room there is to make it happen. 

She leads with the business outcome and that approach shapes everything she does. She builds toward value early, because a platform that hasn't proved itself within a few months rarely survives much longer. When she's brought in to remediate a programme that's gone off track, the cause is rarely technical. It's usually that the business need was never properly understood, whether that's a scope that drifted or priorities that were never quite right. Whether it's assessing the strategy, the architecture or reviewing the delivery plan, Jess is able to provide an independent view. 

Jess brings the same clarity to AI initiatives, as she understands that most projects stall because no one can point to the value they're actually delivering. Where AI is ready to be used, she looks for the opportunities to amplify the value people are already creating, not just automate them.

Jess is just as comfortable refining a financial model with execs as she is working through a technical build, and she measures her own success by what's left behind: a team that can run and trust what's been built.
